Who We Are

Who Are We?

I2I is a network of like-minded churches that desire to see the gospel of Jesus Christ revitalised in the lives and churches of the Pacific Island nations. We exist to create, support, and encourage churches, organisations, and institutions towards church planting, theological education, leadership training, and more. 

I2I was established in 2018 at the General Assembly of the GPCNZ. Representatives from four denominations were there and realised that we were ministering in the same region, but often in isolation. Believing that “two are better than one” (Eccl. 4:9), we formed I2I as a better way to coordinate our efforts and shine God’s light more brightly together.

Our Partnership includes:

• The Westminster Presbyterian Church of Australia (WPC)

• The Presbyterian Church of Australia (represented by its national missions committee, APWM)

• The Presbyterian Church in America (represented by its missions agency, MTW)

• The Grace Presbyterian Church of New Zealand (GPCNZ)
